Hello there friends,

You’re probably wondering what Business Bestie is and how it fits into the grand scheme of helping small business owners, influencers, startups, bloggers and more. To shed insight on Business Bestie, I first must tell you the story of myself.

I am Tasha Robinson, the owner of Imperfect Concepts. Seven years ago, I was lost in the sauce and wanting to start my own business. Borders was on the verge of closing, and social was not popping as it is now. In my one bedroom apartment in Arlington, Texas I started the process of launching my first online boutique. It was called Imperfect Concepts Boutique. For four years my company grew to great success providing my audience with amazing pieces from the resell market of luxury and vintage. During that time I decided to transition into consulting. Not because it was a hot trend of being a coach or consultant, to be honest, that happen maybe 18-24 months after I took my leap. My audience was continuously seeking out my advice. Sitting down at my local coffee shop I wrote my first five ebooks for ICB Consults and started consulting.introducing-business-bestie

However, there has always been this burning desire to help a million women through entrepreneurship. Everything I have done has been a stepping stone for this business. For the last 18-months, I have wanted to create an online platform for women entrepreneurs, influencers, startups, bloggers and more. A space where they could list their business, but in addition to that connect with like-minded women. Maybe go for a cup of coffee and discuss how to solve problems or even vent if that’s what is needed at the moment.

As of right now, there are no fees associated with Business Bestie mainly because I am not ready to take on that type of infrastructure for the business model. I will be adding more categories as people tweet or email me saying “hey girl you’re missing XYZ.” At that moment, it will be added to solve a problem for the individual who wants to make sure their business is rightly placed.

Thank you for checking out the blog and being a part of this incredible journey.
